We checked in, received a room. When we got to the room the door was open, beer cans were everywhere and the room had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant offered to get somone to clean it but did not know how long ot would take. The bar and restaurant attached is advertised as American but is Korean. Very dissapointing after a long day of travel.

Wanted to hate this place and regret my choise. After a shakey start, they rectified all of my concerns. The room was clean but unfinished. The housekeeping staff showed up around 8pm. They were very apologetic letting me know they had issues with the laundry equipment. I would certainly stay here on my next trip from St. Louis to south Florida.

Bad: no coffee on property or in room, no food of any kind, soiled white thin towels and wash clothes, no replacement wash clothes until 8pm at night, no ice bucket or plastic cups in room, old shower needed painted - stains and rust.
