Good hotel

Excellent location, very friendly staff, good service. Simple but great breakfast. Our only complaint was that the shower had very little water flow, we talked about that with the reception and they were going to check that.

Just needed a room for one night. The room was fairly modest but so was the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't fancy but it was delicious and prepared as ordered. The hotel itself, while also modest was very beautiful. Extra points for the cute and friend cat! I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff

Excellent hotel within the walled city, and the staff is wonderful! I recommend booking one of the deluxe rooms with a balcony, definitely worth it in my opinion. Special thank you to Jessica for being so friendly and helpful during my stay, I will definitely book a room here again when I return later this year.

The hotel was pretty much exactly what you see in the pictures and description—no surprises. The room and overall space are quite small, and the pool is tiny, more for dipping than swimming. That said, the location is ideal, close to everything we needed. The real standout was the staff—friendly, helpful, and genuinely the best part of the stay.

This is a very beutiful hotel in a very good location in the old town. The room was on the smaller side and the bed was too hard for my liking but everything else was good! I could recommend this hotel.

Location excellent. The staff were very good. Jessica on the front desk was fantastic and very helpful with information about Cartagena restaurants, things to do and general information. A minor flaw was that some parts of the facility needed a little updating.

Great find in the middle of the historic center

Great staff, location and facility. Comfortable bed. Only concern was that my room looked out onto the stairs coming up, and so it was generally closed.
