"It would have been good if in the Advert it explained that there is a large deposit that has to be paid upfront, more than the cost of 1 night. The apartment I stayed in was dated. The door trims were coming off, the wardrobe doors were off the runners (sliderobes) and the TV didn't produce any sound. ..."

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. ..."
