The hotel is in poor condition (stained upholstery, cracked tiles, broken fixtures, peeling paint) and appears understaffed, with little service after check-in. Amenities were lacking, the restaurant was closed, and the overall impression was of a misrepresented and poorly maintained property."

"The property on arrival was in a very bad state. We could not stay due to this and had to take a very young baby and young child to another property booked in a short space of time. The accommodation is extremely dated, old and dirty. I would refer to it as a bit like a prison camp. Very disappointing. "
