Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!

Loved my short stay, the only thing missing is a pool!! Beautiful ascetics, every piece of furniture and every corner is beautiful done. The vibrant colours and lush furnishings. Really lovely friendly staff, food was delicious, bed super comfty with Egyptian cotton, they felt like 1600 threat count! Lovely bathroom. Honestly a great place.. lots of local places to eat, local groceries store. Only 10min drive to the beach and shopping centre. I’ll be back! Close up hikes, table mountain, lions head!

Fantastic stay here. Comfortable and clean. Fantastic buffet menu and marvellous staff. Great decor and very relaxing. Nice to have filtered water taps in the corridors. Parking for disabled was right outside the hotel. Gym was small but useful. Lots of tasty restaurants around the area. So cheap to jump into an UBER to visit Cape Town waterfront

A Perfect Stay – Exceeding Every Expectation

From start to finish, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The thoughtful touch of providing refillable water stations was both convenient and eco-conscious. Dining at Ongetem was a highlight—the food was absolutely outstanding. The bed was so comfortable, I genuinely wished I could take it home with me! The hotel's central location made exploring the area effortless. I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay until check out time. We paid for bed and breakfast and requested for breakfast upon check out as we had an early morning flight. Filled in the form but there was no breakfast to take away. The receptionist was confused and took our details and promised communication. Until date no communication.They could atleast have communicated or refunded our breakfast. Apart from this the place is amazing and its very convenient.
