The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. "The location of this property (with parking) is great! Quick walking access to one of the gates into the walled city. Parking is within the enclosed courtyard and very secure. Our room was nice size, quiet and clean - just be prepared to carry your suitcase(s) up 1 or more sets of stairs! The staff is not on site at night, but that was not a problem. Their breakfast is very nice - great pastries!"
