"We stayed for a week and had a pool access room. Definitely choose heaven for breakfast if you have free breakfast way better staff and service and food . The staff at zin cafe aren’t great and need way more training at customer service. the free cocktail are only at 8-9pm. It’s false advertising there at 7-8pm on Expedia which isn’t true. We had our sheets changed once on the 6th night which wasn’t good. Canggu is very remote and is some thing to consider if you wanna do day tours as you have to book a grab to the pick up location set by the tour company."
