Já nos hospedamos outras vezes, mas nessa vez achei que o nível diminuiu um pouco. Achei o café mais desorganizado e com menos variedade. Demos azar com o quarto, pois o ar condicionado e o telefone não funcionaram. Felizmente conseguiram nos realocar na outra noite para outro que estava em melhores condições. Ainda assim acho que pra casais tem um bom custo benefício.

Hotel muito bom!

Apartamento muito bom, local lindo com muitas araucárias, lobby com lareira e local muito bonito. A recepção foi muito top, os funcionários foram atenciosos e nos ofereceram até espumante, muito legal!!! As únicas melhorias que poderia sugerir seria melhor limpeza nos quartos durante a estadia, principalmente nos banheiros e o fato de que a distância do hotel em relação às atrações de Gramado e Canela demandam veículo alugado. Faltou também uma sauna no hotel para completar a experiência. Por fim, o café da manhã é bom mas como ficamos quatro diárias, percebemos a repetição de alimentos do dia anterior (bolos) e falta de opções mais interessantes. Nada q não possa melhorar! Mas em geral, estadia perfeita!

Chef do restaurante estáj no topo dos chefs locais. Hotel boutique muito bom. Muito amáveis os funcionários.l Houve um vazamento no quarto no turno da noite, só resovido após mudança para novo quarto por 2 x. Acabamos por ir dormir as 4h! Descobri que atendente da noite sai p jantar em casa entre 2 e 3h na madrugada.Pq o hotel não fornece uma marmita a ele?! O hotel fica sem funcionário nenhum nessa hora!! E no dia seguinte esperava receber uma palavra do gerente pelos ocorridos de vazamentos em 2 quartos consecutivos. Nada. Creio que o gerente trabalha na industria de hospitalidade por acaso.
