Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "The room was 200 metres from the beach wallking along unlit, rubbush strewn alleyways. I refused to check in as the accomodation is NOT as described. The hotel said they understood and would not charge me for the booking. However they charged my card in full after i left. Dishonest."
