Dear Guest, I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Your room, a Waterfront King Guest Room, is one of our most requested rooms because of its proximity to the water. It does look out directly at beautiful schooners that call Camden Harbor home and overlooks the lively boardwalk located directly in front of our property. I can understand how some guests may not enjoy the activity of the harbor during the day. At night, thankfully things quiet right down to allow guests a comfortable night's rest. I truly hope you, your wife and your three children come visit us again. Maybe in a suite that is better suited for 5 guests and away from the boardwalk. Regarding your noisy neighbors, we have strict protocols set in place to ameliorate noise complaints. While we aren't always present in guest hallways to monitor noise, we are eager to always assist whenever possible, so please reach out to a representative if this ever happens again. Our robes are available upon request at this moment due to shortages in the industry however we are working hard to replenish our terry supplies.
