"We had the pleasure to stay at the Red House for 10 days during the Têt in 2024. The owners, a wonderful family, went above and beyond to welcome us and accompany us in the time during our stay and the Holiday, where not much is available around Vietnam. They even bought a birthday cake for our boy! Breakfast is very good and always served with a plate of fruits. The family room is spacious and clean. We could use the outdoor kitchen when we wanted. Bicycles were free and made moving about...

"The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

"一昨年前同じ時期にこのHanh Nhung Villa ハンニョン・ヴィラに滞在しました。とても気に入ったので、今回のホイアン訪問に際しても再度３泊滞在しました。 今回予約していた部屋は「デラックス トリプルルーム プールビュー」だったのですが、足の不自由な方に私たちの部屋を譲ったので「デラックス トリプルルーム 1 ベッドルーム シティビュー」というもっと広い値段も少し高くなる部屋にしていただけました。滞在中はのんびりと過ごすことができ、美味しい朝食を頂き、のんびりとプールで泳ぎくつろぎました。プールは他の旅行客と重なることもありますが、私たちのように１時間２時間とのんびり過ごす方はいないので、プライベートプールのようでした。ハンニョンさんのお子さんも「どうぞ」と朝食のフルーツを運んで来てくれるなど、家族的な雰囲気の中でとても心地の良い時間を過ごすことができました。 旧市街地には少し離れていますが、近所に炭火焼の焼肉店があったり美味しいお店もあり意外とホイアンらしさを感じられる拠点になりました。"

"Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Staff I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was also great, you need to book your breakfast 1 day in advance. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Our stay at Terrace Villa was great! We initially only planned to stay 2 days- but quickly changed to 5. They located in the rice fields but are close enough to beaches ( 20min) by bicycle ( which they lend for free) and 20 min into town. They are super friendly and kind!! ( they also do laundry) . They do have a pool, but it is in a poor location- right off the dining area , and not much sun. A tea kettle and mirror outside the bathroom would be an added plus! But all in all I would stay here...
