Es mi segunda vez en este hotel (el año pasado tambien me hospede aqui con mi familia). Sigo muy satisfecha con el servicio. Todos los empleados muy amables, el precio es excelente, el desayuno es bueno y la habitacion comoda. Ubicacion muy central tambien, barrio seguro. Gracias. Muy buena opcion para sentirse como en casa a un precio modico. Regresaremos!

Terrible experience

I had booked a double queen bed room for my relatives, who are elder and disabled. They were placed in a room with only one bed. Additionally, they were charged a "differential fee" after I had paid for the hotel by internet. Terrible customer service.

Razonable, pero se puede mejorar

El hotel es pequeno, pero cumple con todo lo prometido. Las habitaciones muy limpias y los banos tambien. El desayuno muy light pero bueno. Lo unico que no me gusto, es que las toallas las vi muy pequenas y viejas y el bano no contaba con shampo. (unicamente jabon) Como viajero uno nunca lleva shampu por el espacio. lo demas es muy razonable por lo que se paga. gracias

En hoteles .com vi una tarifa y cuando llegué al hotel era mucho mas. Ademas decia que habia transporte gratis desde el aeropuerto y no era así. En hoteles,com deben publicar lo que es. El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno. Desde el propietario, la administradora y todo el personal.
