Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. Any questions are quickly replied to via WhatsApp. The pool is small on the rooftop but achieves what it needs to allowing a cool down after a day of walking and giving beautiful views across Palermo Soho. Highly recommended. "

"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."

Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night.
