"A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by...

"Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."

"Great position with great views from the roof terrace. Plenty of parking. Close to bars and restaurants. Loved having a lift, now that we’re older we do struggle with stairs sometimes. No cleaning but everything provided to keep apartment clean. Clean towels and toilet paper after 2 or 3 days. The only thing missing was a safe. "

"Les installations sont vieillissantes et plutôt bien entretenues. La literie est un peu dure. L’ensemble est très propre. Les repas sont variés. L’hôtel est bien situé au milieu des dunes. À 35min de l’aéroport avec une ligne de bus juste à côté. "

"Apartments are spacious and well appointed. Newly refurbished bathrooms were great and everything was very clean. Dishwasher and washing machine so useful. Loved the private outdoor space and comfortable loungers and chairs. Pools were heated and large. Pool bar was friendly. We loved it!"

"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. "Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in...
