"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. Also, back on Feb. 28th we had booked a hotel room near the airport in Nairobi. We were forced to cancel that reservation and yet we were never refunded by the hotel or by you. "We Loved the owner and her sister who runs The hotel which has a positive family vibe which you wouldn’t find at the big hotels. Friendliness was at the top of the agenda and we know we are spoilt because they understood and spoke perfect English. They gave us a map and knew everything about the area they live in and how to get to and from the city of Rome. "

"Hotel was very clean and quiet, the area seemed pretty safe. They have a locking gate for the parking lot, which made it feel more secure at night. The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to communicate with us as we only spoke English, which was very much appreciated. The room we had was also spacious and the bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of room. The only downside was the kitchen. They were no plates or utensils provided, besides paper cups. You also could not use the oven without flipping the breaker. But the fridge, stovetop and sink worked well and it was really nice to have a table. All in all a great place to stay! "
