"Location great. We were on the 5th floor so not quite so noisy as Naples usually is! Very close to the ferry terminal for any trips and midway between what I call the 'old' town and the 'new' town. Also very close to a metro stop. Room was spacious and bright as was the bathroom and we had a balcony. This was my fifth time in Naples and I think I would stay here again if there is another visit. "We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii).
