Our group reserved 2 rooms, one for 2 persons and the other room for 3persons. when we arrived, receptionist is not accomodating. We inform them that we just need to leave our bags since check in time is at 2, and we need to catch up with the 7am registration for our seminar. Our bags were put in the storage. when we return in the evening, we we're informed that there is no available room for 2, and what was given instead is a room for 1person. Though they apologize, I don't understand the logic why despite our reservation with expedia, we were not given the room. And were not even given the refund. Terrible experience.
