Clean property, centrally located, and great value for the money. Rooms are spacious and the bed was quite comfortable! Would stay here again - Luisa and Matteo are good hosts amd flexible.

Overall it was very good

The place is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. I really appreciated that there were three access codes to get into the room, which enhanced the feeling of security for my personal belongings when I was away. The place was clean, well-maintained, and well-located (close to bus stops). The bed was very comfortable. It was fairly quiet, though in complete silence you could hear other guests. The air conditioning made a strange noise at times, which was a bit disturbing at night, but overall it was very good.

Great location. Comfy beds. Hard to communicate with the owner at first (never showed up to welcome us, hard time Check in in). It’s not a hotel, but rooms without reception. Rooms need a refresh but very clean. Safes (2) didn’t work (no battery…). Friendly staff (maid comes every 2 days).

Stayed 6 nights for business trip. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I will consider staying here again if I have a chance. Not very close to the downtown (not too far neither), but there are many shops and restaurants around. Nice and clean throughout the property (room, bed, bathroom). The owners run the property, and they are very nice. I had an early flight back, and they were kind enough to give me a ride to the airport at 5:30am.

L'albergo è molto gradevole per l'arredamento, molto pulito. L'host è una persona gentilissima, manca una mensola per appoggiare il sapone nella doccia e magari ( ma è proprio un di più) una macchinetta - distributore per caffè da prendere la mattina appena ti alzi o appena arrivi. Questi vogliono essere solo modesti consigli per migliorare una struttura molto ospitale che consiglierei ad altri.

Excelente, máxima limpieza, la ubicación del hotel esta cerca del centro y siempre hay sitio para aparcar aunque es zona azul pero por la noche no se paga así que se puede aparcar, nos a encantado el detalle de bienvenida, agradecemos la atención por parte del hotel por la atención recibida, sin duda volveríamos a reservar con vosotros.

Room almost perfect. A little fringe would be perfect. But i have to say that some works in the building made our stay not as espected : waked up at 8h in the morning, not professionnal at all. It is not the host 's problem but has to be noticed. The propretary has kindly proposed to give us a free light but we refused.

Bed and breakfast accogliente

Bella stanza ,moderna e pulita nel centro della città . Impianto di condizionamento efficace. Essendo la notte di capodanno ci è stata lasciata la camera fino al giorno dopo alle 20 anzi che alle 10. Unica pecca l'ascensore lento che una volta non è partito essendo un palazzo un pò datato e il fatto che non ci fosse la colazione nonostante in un bed and BREAKFAST dovrebbe esserci . Al di là di questo tutto molto positivo.

Very nice place

What you see in the pictures is what you get. A really nice room, very clean and bed super comfortable. The housekeeping is not done on a daily basis but that did not bother me and they advise the day they come. Super nice couple with great hints about their city. It seems a bit out of the way but 15 minutes walk and you are in the shopping area. A bus to bring you to the arbour is right outside the building. Nice coffee shops around

We stayed 8 nights in Petrarca Venti in August and I would highly recommend this place. The room is very pretty and clean. The owner is very nice and communication is excellent. With regards to location - very convinient, there is a bus to Poetto beach just outside the apartment, old town is in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, when in Cagliari, which is outstanding city. Thank you very much, our stay was a pleasure:)
