O hotel é novo, mas é preciso ficar atento a manutenção (em 3 noites o chuveiro estava queimado e a ducha higiênica com vazamento de agua. Ficar atento à limpeza, crosta de resíduo no aro em volta da descida, O mesmo em algumas paredes do box que com um simples rejuntamento seria resolvido. Café da manhã bom. Barulho externo perturba a tranquilidade dos apartamentos sobretudo os térreos. O pessoal de serviços (todos) muito atenciosos e gentis. Considero que o preço da diária um pouco alto.

Hotel com boa estrutura mas falta pessoal

Fiquei decepcionada. Tem um espaço que seria o restaurante, mas é pequeno para o porte do hotel, o atendimento no restaurante é muito ruim e não tem refeições, somente lanches e petiscos. O café da manhã parece ser bom, mas como o espaço é limitado, é uma confusão para se servir. A cama de casal do nosso quarto estava com o colchão quebrado, tinha uma parte mais alta e outra mais baixa e parecia que ia desmontar. A porta que dava para a varanda estava solta. Não abrimos por medo dela cair. O hotel tem boa estrutura, é limpo e bem ventilado, mas falta pessoal para o atendimento. A moça que nos recebeu na recepção, à noite, foi super atenciosa, mas, pela manhã, na saída, tinha muita gente e a pessoa que estava atendendo não sabia direito como fazer o check out.

Ótimo custo benefício

Wi-Fi e café da manhã muito bons. Quarto grande, simples, sem cobertor e sem álcool gel. Banheiro grande, chuveiro bom. Como aspecto negativo destacamos a falta de elevador, o excesso de pernilongos no quarto e o restaurante fechado por conta do feriado (!?!?).

Boa hospedagem

O hotel é bom, mas a cama era um pouco dura para o meu gosto, solicitei a troca e fomos atendidos, mas nos colocaram em um quarto com cama de casal normal e a outra era queem. A atendente era uma mocinha extremamente simpática. O café da manhã é simples, mas satisfatório.
