Good overall stay

Really good hotel by the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a decent few facilities including sauna. Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt. Rooms were nice though lacked storage space for a stay of more than a day or two. It would also help if they have contacts of more than one tour operator. The one suggested wasn’t very responsive or well priced.

Muito bom

Hotel super confortável, tudo novo, café da manhã gostoso. Quarto grande , espaçoso , super limpo e bem equipado. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e gentis. A proprietária é extremamente simpática. A única observação negativa é sobre a mocinha ( uma loirinha, não me lembro o nome dela) que fez o meu check in, cheguei no hotel às 13:30 e ela me fez aguardar até as 14:00 para liberar o quarto, achei muita falta de empatia com um hóspede que teve que pegar um voo e mais três horas de estrada para chegar no hotel, sendo que o quarto já estava disponível. No mais o hotel é maravilhoso

Não Gostei! Hotel

Hospedamos no Hotel Marino Beach em Cabo frio na praia do foguete nos dias 08/03/2025 até o dia 15/03/2025. Bom, começo a avaliar pelo primeiro impacto negativo que sofremos. Primeiro: A hospedagem não tem estacionamento e no site dizia que tinha. ou seja, fomos enganados. O carro ficou o tempo todo no sol e na rua. Segundo: viajamos com uma criança de 5 anos, e quando contratamos o local dizia que tinha brinquedoteca. Mas, quando chegamos lá, não tinha. Não tinha nada, nada de parquinho ou brinquedoteca. Fomos enganados. Terceiro: o hotel não tem restaurante. Possuía um bar , com Poucas opções de porções, mas sem nenhum prato executivo ou para almoçar ou jantar. Tínhamos que sair todos os dias para almoçar e jantar, detalhe: só conseguimos comer na praia do forre, pois na praia do foguete onde ficamos, não tem nada, nenhum restaurante . Nada. Quarto: praia bonita, pouco movimento e sem estrutura de quiosques . Nesse quesito eu gostei. O hotel disponibilizou guarda sol e cadeiras de praia. Quinto: hotel sem lixeiras disponíveis nas áreas comuns. E no quarto, apenas uma pequena. sexto: quarto sem espelho de corpo, apenas um pequeno no banheiro. Piscina com água turva vários dias da minha hospedagem Café da manhã com pouca opções De variedade. Bem fraco para o preço.

"Estive hospedada neste hotel este mês e não poderia ter feito melhor escolha! O hotel é novo, moderno e impecável em todos os aspectos. O atendimento é excelente, os quartos são confortáveis e bem equipados, a limpeza e a organização são impecáveis.
