Decepcionado!

Sai dois dias antes do previsto. Enviei mensagem para o email fornecido pelo gerente solicitando reembolso e até agora não obtive resposta alguma: Prezado(a), Venho, por meio deste, fazer as seguintes solicitações/considerações: - estive hospedado na Pousada no período de 16 a 24 de janeiro, quarto 18, quando fiz o checkout (hoje), dia 24 de janeiro de 2018. Minha reserva foi realizada pelo site Expedia, para o período de 16 a 26 de janeiro. Assim, como sai 2 dias antes do previsto, solicito o reembolso de 2 diárias não utilizadas; - no período da estadia houve um problema: na sexta-feira, dia 19, por volta das 21 horas, ficamos sem energia elétrica, consequentemente, sem ar-condicionado, sem tv, sem internet, sem frigobar etc. Como a Pousada estava infestada de mosquitos, diga-se, pernilongos, não havia como dormir com a porta aberta, motivo pelo qual tivemos que passar a noite sem ar-condicionado trancados no quarto com muito calor. Não conseguimos dormir praticamente nada e minha esposa acabou passando mal com queda de pressão e mal-estar. Assim, em razão disso, solicito também o reembolso de mais uma diária, esta em virtude dos problemas ora relatados e de fato ocorridos.

A pousada necessita de muitos reparos, pois apresenta teias de aranha no teto,marimbondos na sala, achamos um pouco largado e em condições precárias. A noite saímos e ao chegarmos não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Ou seja, a noite não possui nenhuma segurança!

Péssimo!

Um terror! Quarto com lagartichas e outros bichos. Frigobar cheio d´água. Muitas escadas para chegar até o quarto. Praia particular na verdade é cheia de plantas , poluída, péssima aparência. Não presenciei ninguém se banhando naquelas águas. TV a cabo com o cabo desconectado, a televisão não pegave direito. Cama do meu filho com colchão muito fino, ficando sem conforto, muito duro. Pedi mais um cobertor, caso fosse necessário para meu filho e tive que justificar com a moça da recepção porque eu iria precisar do cobertor. Recepção só atende os hóspedes até 21:00 horas. Internet com sinal muito fraco. Não oferecem toalhas de banho para os hóspedes irem á praia. Pedem para os hóspedes tomarem cuidado de não embolar as toalhas e sim estemde-las . ABSURDO!!!!! Cachorro dentro de recepção. Não tem nenhum funcionário para ajudar com as malas dos hóspedes. Café da manhã muito simplório. NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREMOS LÁ!!!!!!!!

Pousada antiga e sem manutenção

Fiquei duas noites e pelo preço que paguei esperava pelo menos um quarto com copos e taleres, ou no mínimo uma TV maior que 14 polegadas de tubo antiga com os canais tudo sem sintonia... Gostei de Búzios, mais a pousada é antiga e sem manutenção, não tem nenhum tipo de serviço como comida, bar e etc.., As toalhas não podem ser trocadas somente depois de 2 dias, fiquei muito insatisfeito com as condições da pousada, mais o serviço e o café da manhã é legal, se ela tiver um investimento mínimo e um pouco mais de sofisticação em relação as suas suítes eu talvez voltaria.

Charmigt med potential

Martin Pescador har potential, stället är otroligt charmigt, rummen är stora, utsikten fantastisk, sängarna överraskande sköna. Tyvärr kändes det som om vi kom off-season som om förberedelserna inte var klara. Poolen var inte igång, rutinerna satt inte, kaffet tog slut varje morgon, toalettpappret fylldes inte på utan efterfrågan, receptionen hade inget taxinummer, wi-fi fungerade dåligt och sporadiskt. Personalen var dock trevlig och hjälpsam men de behöver jobba på sin service och rutin. Läget är lite off, vi åkte taxi till centrala Buzios vilket funkade fint. Gångavstånd till flera stränder. Martin Pescador ligger dessutom på stranden men just där kändes inte så badvänligt.
