Good location and good food around. Hotel is okay

The location is one of the best in the area, and the staff is really nice. Shoutout to Juan for running the best restaurant, right next to the hotel—the best food we ate around here at the most reasonable prices. Breakfast is also provided by the same restaurant, so expect a good one. Outside, you’ll find lots of restaurants and tours nearby. Be aware that no one speaks any English, either in or outside the hotel, so be sure to keep Google Translate handy. The room is small, but that’s not the kind of place where you care much about it. Don’t expect anything fancy, but for the good location, it’s worth it unless it’s an occasion or holiday when the prices go up for no apparent reason. The bathroom was dirty from the start, but the A/C worked surprisingly well, and the bedroom was cleaned once a day by the housekeepers. Have fun!

Excelente localização! A pousada tem muito potencial, mas precisa de uma reforma nos quartos. Não tem frigobar e o café da manhã é bem básico. Nota 10 para os funcionários, gentis e prestativos.

Ótima localização, tem melhorar alguns aspectos!

Café da manhã achei pouca opção, só o café que era sem açúcar os sucos já vinham adoçado e não era natural. No dia que cheguei conversei na recepção sobre o estacionamento e me disseram que tem mais tem que pagar por fora, no site está escrito estacionamento disponível. A piscina estava bem suja. Tive mudar de quarto pois nem todos tem frigobar.

Definitivamente não possui um bom custo-benefício! A vista é linda e o hotel fica muito bem localizado, entretanto faltam manutenções simples como uma pintura que seja, o chuveiro simplesmente não esquenta nos obrigando a tomar banho praticamente frio fazendo nada mais nada menos que 14ºC. O café da manhã é bem simples, diria até limitado, embora o atendimento da copa seja caloroso. A limpeza não é um ponto forte, as toalhas e lençóis estão desgastados. Esperávamos mais do hotel, tanto que fomos embora antes do check-out.

Não vale o preço.

Tirando o bom café da manhã, o resto é sofrível. Cama desconfortável; muito barulhento o entorno do hotel (por ser perto do Porto, saiba que será acordado cedo pelos apitos insuportáveis dos vendedores de passeio de barco); apesar da boa vontade dos atendentes, eles me pareceram um pouco atrapalhados e a descarga do vaso sanitário do meu quarto estava com problemas

Good price but overall dirty bathroom with lots of black mold. Ants in bath and bedroom. Would need some remodeling. Even for a 2-3 star hotel cleaning should be obligatory without mold.

Muito simples para o valor cobrado

O quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos, móveis muito antigos, cortinas sujas, inclusive fui incomodada por algum funcionário que abriu a porta enquanto eu estava dentro do quarto. Áreas comuns do hotel eram bonitas. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, no primeiro dia descemos pra tomar café 20min depois do início do café da manhã e já não tinha mais pratos disponíveis pra nós servir. Decepcionante pagar um preço que não é barato, e ter uma experiência ruim. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, mas a estrutura da pousada deixa muito a desejar, não voltaria e não indicaria pra ninguém.

O quarto stand é horrível , cheiro de morfo , não tem frigobar . Secador, não tem uma cadeira ou mesa nada! O cheiro da roupa de cama também é ruim, o café da manhã é resumido , minha experiência lá foi terrível, a única coisa boa é q ela é próxima a tudo é bonita por fora

Já foi bom… hoje está péssimo, uma das piores camas que já fiquei.. a televisão é minúscula e só tem canais abertos com muita interferência.. não tem frigobar, o ar condicionado é mais barulhento que um trator, não possui toalhas de piscina.. não possui ajuda para subir as malas pela escada, o estacionamento é bem longe.. tem que abrir o portão e voltar para devolver a chave ( super complicado).. o café da manhã só tem torta de salsicha.. presunto.. queijo.. salsicha no molho e suco de laranja com açúcar e café ( que é ótimo) tudo muito simples e abandonado, já foi uma boa pousada.. hoje está decadente.

Localização maravilhosa, limpeza ok, café da manhã bacana. Como “pontos fracos” o ar condicionado muito barulhento e cortina plástica no box do chuveiro… Mas nada grave! Voltaria com certeza!
Vista da trilha para a Praia do Forno, o acesso fica a 200m do hotel.

Muito aconchegante, porém o estacionamento...

Foi ótima, bem localizado e bem aconchegante, única coisa que realmente precisa melhorar e muito é fazer uma cópia da chave do estacionamento para cada quarto ou pelo número máximo de vagas permitida no estacionamento, pois não fica no local, aí ter que ir abrir o portão e voltar a pousada para entregar a chave realmente é muito ruim, o valor de uma cópia e insignificante ao que a pousada proporciona.
