Front desk was challenging at first, but the issues were resolved. Get up early for buffet type breakfast. Pool enjoyable. Cloth, paper type slippers, no pool towels. No robes.

The staff here is World class, like no other. A must stay, and at the desk Giana was fantastic at check out. I have been here multiple times and am extremely impressed with everything, especially the staff.
