"The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. Special thanks to Yudi, Edy, Dina, Asya and Rahmat and the rest of the staff that I didn't get names. Very professional and well managed. Thank you for 6 nights, would book again."

"Booked this hotel last min for a huge exhibition and there seems no other options on Expedia near to the convention centre. Hotel looks modern and nice but have a few areas to improve: 1. There is an exit in the room with no curtain, sunshine comes in in the morning abd makes it difficult to continue sleep. Hotel room is for sleep but this cannot be ensured here. 2. No sound proof. "Harga lebih murah jika datang langsung 250rb. Kamar seperti wisma salah design, ga ada exhaust di kamar mandi dan air nya warna coklat tua, menjijikkan sekali.
Colokan cm ada 1 di dekat tv tp tidak ada ambalan sehingga sulit charge hp. Tidak ada elevator, harus naik tangga. Bantal tipis sekali. Handuk tipis ala motel murah dan jorok bau keringat orang. Saya menyesal menginap disini :("
