Only Stay Here If You Have No Choice

First room that was given to me had no tv, no hair dryer and no safe box, plus the room was small. After 2 hours of waiting, I was transferred to another room which was bigger and had all the missing amenities. External noise is easily heard within the room especially if you have a noisy neighbour, like I did. The room rate was expensive considered the room. You can find better deals elsewhere.

Nice Hotel

Good Location, nearby got 2 big shopping center (Aeon and Tesco), Seven Eleven is around the corner and easy to get local food such as Tomyam Noddle, Thai Food, Vietnam Food and Chinese Bak Kut Teh (Chinese Herbs Soup).

Convenient location next to two big malls

Good location as only 5 mins walk to malls. Generally quite clean but under the bed needs a good clean. Tap squirts water out so have to open slowly to avoid getting your clothes wet when you wash your hands. Lift really small. Nice staff

The room cleaning,but hot and small.

The room cleaning, but overall too small, toilet also too small.. After bath the whole toilet had wet. No carbinet provided, how can not provide carbinet to customer @_@ Customer service smile friendly. Downstair got coffee shop. Not bad.

Perfect stay!

The location is extremely convenient as the hotel is close to aeon,jusco and auto city. The room is small but clean I will definately come back again for my next stay at Bukit Mertajam.

Nice hotel

A nice hotel, comfy bed. working desk and safe box provided. I was stay in a single bed room. The only downside is the sound proof are dissatisfying, I could hear the TV noise from others room while I on bed.
