"Good location for food but not so good for getting to the train stations. Note there are two Bukit Bintang stations across the road from each other, make sure you get to the correct station. You can use Grab also. "

"Room is quite very small and no cupboard. It look likely old. But price is cheaper."

"This place is a fraud. It was advertised as five stars and associated with another true 5 stars in the same building. But in fact this place , Family Apartments at Times Square was less than 3 stars. I booked 4 nights starting on 6/25/26. The place was spacious yet the furniture was outdated and filthy. The common hallway was full of curry smell. 10 minutes after I checked in, I left and moved to another hotel. I asked the owners to refund me, they declined. Please stay away from the facility,...

"The facilities are nice but you’ll need to handle the worst check-in process I won’t recommend."
