Curtains don't darken the room so no sleeping in. Night stand light in wired to the entrance area so no working the light from the bed Motion light in bathroom comes on and off at leisure and blinds you in the middle of the night when you go in half asleep

The bedding looked like it wasn't very clean and ended up sleeping on a sheet in blanket of my own. Upon leaving the elevator on the floor of my assigned room, there was a heavy scent of marijuana in the hallways.

Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal.

The property does NOT provide an ice maker. You either have to use ice trays to make your own or buy some at the Quik Trip. 🤔 We were in room 216. Every night from around 10 to 12 pm the people upstairs stomped all around their room like they were moving furniture or doing a slow jog. Also just noisy in general, could hear people in room next yo us talking alot.

Make sure you arrive before 10 p.m. After that good luck trying to get someone to the front desk. They'll try to argue and say you weren't waiting and that you need to call a number that's not even listed.

The room ok They had black stuff in the shower. The floors were sticky and the room had a god-awful smell. The pictures are false advertisement. They don’t offer the full kitchen just a microwave sink and refrigerator. They don’t offer any amenities or supplies for the kitchen at such as hand, soap, paper towels, anything like that the lady at the front desk is rude. Smell of weed throughout the entire hotel even though it’s non-smoking crash all in the parking lot feel like I was gonna fall cause it was barely stable. Only stay here if you don’t have any other options.

The Ac works wonderfully but there isn't a full kitchen at this location. There is a full sized refrigerator, full sized kitchen sink and a large Microwave.

You know you're in trouble when the school bus is dropping off children at the door! No equipment in the kitchen. The floors were sticky, indicating that they had been mopped with dirty water. The cleaner only cleans the room once every 14 days. The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work. There was a smell of cigarette smoke seeping in through the vents into the bathroom. No TV remote control. No iron or iron board. Then you had to pay for the high-speed internet. This is not a place i will go to again.

Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.
