Do not satay at this hotel

We arrived at 04.00 H the first room we were given Room 108 was noisy, the wallpaper and paint was damaged and there was 2.5 inches cockroach in the bathroom stack at a dirty shower curtain the following they offered another room 208 I couldn't believe the state of the room again paper and paint coming off floor well damage very dark finally I was offered room 502 just about acceptable it was also dirty.

La puerta de la pieza se abría sola.

La puerta de la pieza se abría sola. Al pedir fue el conserje y está no abrió , pero luego volvió a abrirse sola. Baño tiene canaletas a la vista por lo que el olor es pésimo.

La habitación es un poco pequeña, el frigobar no enfriaba correctamente y los dos veladores no funcionaban, pero la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama fueron excelente, así como también la ubicación.

Para pasar la noche esta bien, el baño es bueno con bañera profunda y buena presión de agua, dispone de elementos de cortesía, las toallas un desastre. La cama tiene un colchón decente y la habitación dispone de comodidades pero es muy pequeña. El desayuno pobre, el jugo no es natural y no hay ni yogurt ni frutas. La atención muy cordial.

El hotel cumple con lo necesario por el precio pagado, esta cerca del microcentro y de las estaciones de subte, baño funciona correctamente y las piezas si bien no eran amplias, tampoco eran diminutas, desayuno correcto (el jugo es en polvo) Si se quiere ahorrar, es una buena opción.

Hotel excelente

Hotel excelente ótimo custo benefício. Perto de vários pontos turísticos e centros de compras .O hotel tem uma equipe muito solícita e atenciosa .Tudo o que é prometido é cumprido e sem dúvida o local é o grande diferencial do hotel pois está a poucos metros dá Praça de Maio e de vários pontos turísticos. Adorei o hotel!!! Com certeza meu local de hospedagem em Buenos Aires.

Great location near Plaza DE Mayo

The staff are very helpful and courteous. They provided accurate information and helped with transportation. We had a problem with our air conditioner which they dealt with immediately. It is not fancy but each room has a small frig and the breakfast buffet is quite good. It includes scrambled eggs which many hotel buffet breakfasts do not. Lots of good coffee and they will make mate tea if you wish.

Good hotel in the center of the city unwanted to be be. Unfortunately few issues: *internet is useless, literally can't get anything done from constantly dropping; * the room access cards work once * reported the bidet for maintainence and never got fixed so bathroom got flooded after every use

En términos generales fue una buena experiencia. La ubicación , el personal, la limpieza y orden es lo mas destacado. El desayuno es variado. Lo único es que el cuarto era pequeño pero comodo y con todo lo necesario para hacer de la estadia algo placentero. Recomendable.
