La ubicación es bastante buena, la relación calidad/precio inmejorable. La habitación es de tamaño normal con un baño de buen tamaño y una regadera excelente, buen sistema de aire acondicionado, podrían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación ya que se nota que no limpian debajo de las camas y había cabellos en el baño. Tiene un guardarropa con pocos ganchos, cajones de buen tamaño con puertas de espejo de piso a techo, un par de burós con lámparas y cajones bastante útiles. La cama es bastante cómoda, las almohadas podrían ser mejores pero son bastante buenas, la ropa de cama es bastante agradable, limpia y con buen aroma. Podrían tener televisores de mayor tamaño para mejorar, ya que tienen de tamaño chico, debo mencionar y agregar televisores en el lobby y área de comedor. El desayuno es bueno, sin ser espectacular, bastante básico y después de 5 días con lo mismo ya es un poco aburrido (estuvimos muchos días). Utilizamos el servicio de lavandería y es excelente, bien cuidada la ropa, a un precio accesible y con la seguridad de tenerla lista al día siguiente. La atención del personal en general es excelente en todos los sentidos, niveles y detalles, pero bastante sobresaliente la atención de Claudio Pérez que siempre estuvo atento, amable y amigable, pero el premio máximo es para Miguel Omar Azaro que en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, dando recomendaciones para paseos, lugares y demás, independientemente de las buenas y agradables charlas en general.

Al momento del checkin me querían dar una habitación distinta a la que pagué, incluso estando ya afuera de la habitación que no era les dije que no la iba a aceptar, entonces fue que volvieron a revisar el sistema y confirmaron que ella tenían mal la información y me dieron la habitación que pagué.

Estadia em BSAS

Ficamos em quarto grande, com dois ambientes, ótimo para família. Camas são ótimas, decoração tb, banheiro e chuveiro espetaculares. Defeitos, recepção podia ser mais friendly, café da manhã pobre e a bagunça que dura 24hrs em clube que fica na frente do hotel chamado Eclipse, rola de tudo, brigas, gritaria e música alta.
