The hotel is good, rooms are big and clean, my issue was the breakfast. No protein options, only sweets and they had no child seat so not very welcoming for families with small children

I was very disappoint. I invited 2 colleagues and friends to celebrate our 40 years of friendship in Buenos Aires. First, our room for 3 never had 3 set of towels, soaps, toilet papers, etc. Only one electric outlet available in the whole room. The air conditioner did not work, when very hot temperatures hit the city. I paid with dollars with my credit card, overpriced, really, for what the hotel offers. Sad, and embarrassing situation with my friends, because was a gift for them.

Je vous laisse je vous ai laissé un message de plainte auquel je n'ai aucune réponse pourriez-vous m'en donner s'il vous plaît. J'avais joué à ce message de photos très explicative de cet endroit horrible. Il est situé à l'écart d'un quartier culturel. Vous croisez dans les rues des toxicomanes et des gens qui dorment par terre. Dans ma plainte je vous ai fait savoir que j'ai dû changer d'hôtel vu l'état horrible de ma chambre et de ma vue à l'extérieur. Un mendiant n'y aurait pas séjourné . J'ignore pourquoi on m'a parquet dans cette chambre. Seul ,je dis bien seul ,le lit en vaut la peine. J'ai donc pris une chambre à l'hôtel déco connexion à Buenos Aires qui m'a coûté 500 € pour 6 nuits. J'ose espérer que Expedia fera un geste envers moi. Je pense que vous avez dû recevoir ma réclamation et qui reste sans suite je peux vous renvoyer les photos que j'avais joint. Je vous avais également signalé que je déposais plainte au service des consommateurs tmTest achats, faisant partie du groupe européen des associations de défense des consommateurs. segunda vez no hotel, mas nao volto mais.

Tivemos um problema de repassagem do site ao hotel onde computaram que minha filha de 12 anos era uma criança e nao colocaram cama pra ela no quarto, nos obrigando a fazer pagamento de uma diferença numa outra cama. o que saiu muito caro. nao vi vontade nenhuma do gerente ou funcionario em resolver de uma melhor maneira. pois viram que estavamos cansados e nao tinhamos outra opção ja que minha filha ia se apresentar na cidade. O cafe da manha tinha muita variedade de doces. Mas para salgado, ou se comia lanche de presunto ou pagava $5 para comer ovo. Por ser celiaca, tive que pagar. Qualquer hotel, oferece ovos no cafe da manha. Mas este prefere cobrar. ate entendo, pela situação em que o pais esta passando. E nao so por isso, mas me senti muito lesada como turista por um povo desesperado por dinheiro. Foi minha terceira vez no pais, sendo a segunda neste hotel, e bem diferente das demais. Triste.

Cheap

If you want a cheap hotel in the center of the city and nothing else, this could be the it. Avoid the rooms at 1st and 2nd floor towards the busy road. Breakfast is rather food and the rooms are very big.

Las instalaciones muy bien. Lo malo fue que no pudimos descansar por el ruido, en el piso de arriba estaban con musica y gritando hasta las 4 de la mañana, a pesar de que avisamos a la recepción, siguieron igual, el personal del hotel deberia poder solucionar estas cosas
