I enjoyed the stay. It was pleasant, the staff was extremely kind, the hostel areas were so clean and people around were cool. Casa Franca is really a nice place to stay and it’s perfect location as well

Os quartos são bons, possuem compartimento para colocar os pertences e 2 tomadas por cama. O que deixa a desejar são os banheiros. Os banheiros cheiram ma e são sujos, a área de chuveiro é muito pequena, não há espaço para sabonete e shampoo. O dispenser de sabonete estava vazio. Do chuveiro só saía água fria, mesmo estando no inverno.

Bom para quem não tem muito luxo

Adorei a localizacao, adorei os ambientes coletivos, algumas coisas me incomodaram, a limpeza dos banheiros principalmente na area de banho, alem disso o fato de ser um predio antigo com chao de madeira, quando tem circulacao no quarto, fica bem barulhento, tambem deveria ter um anuncio na porta dos quartos sobre sair e bater a porta, todos que saiam, puxavam forte e com o auxilio do vento batia e fazia um estrondo, se estivesse dormindo era extressante.... cozinha boa e equipada, um pouco suja, areas comuns bonitas mas um pouco sujas tambem, é um excelente ambiante só precisam se atentar mais na limpeza, aqueles tapetes da area da sala, bem sujos, cortinas dos banhos bem sujas

Me hospedar na Casa Franca Recoleta Hostel foi uma experiência maravilhosa, e olha que foi minha primeira vez em um Hostel. Lugar lindo, muito bem higienizado, localização simplesmente maravilhosa. Só senti "um pouquinho" de dificuldade na comunicação com os atendentes devido eu não falar espanhol, e a pessoa que falava português só encontrei uma vez apenas. Mas isso foi apenas um detalhe. Não vejo a hora de voltar e me hospedar lá novamente.

Foi tudo tranquilo, a recepção do rapaz que fica pela manhã/tarde foi muito boa, super atencioso e educado! Levou até o quarto e mostrou todas as àreas! O hostel é confortável e bem completo, localização boa! Só melhoraria a limpeza dos banheiros, que pede uma limpeza mais pesada de vez em quando. E colocar placas nos quartos com as regras de silencio, duas vezes, dois rapazes diferentes estavam em seus computadores dentro do quarto ouvindo som alto e falando alto.

Bueno en general

Todo estuvo bien. Lo único para comentar sería que mi habitación era de frente a la calle y se siente bastante ruido - cuando pedí cambio me dijeron que no había otra opción :( de resto me parece un buen lugar y los empleados súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar :)
