Buena Opción.
Muy bien ubicado, sobre una de las principales vialidades de Buenos Aires. Permiten dejar en resguardo tu equipaje después de registrar tu salida. La habitación muy amplia y todos los días hicieron limpieza. Lo terrible es el wifi. Prácticamente no lo hay. Incluso en recepción tenían problemas con el internet. Urge al interior mantenimiento del inmueble.

I have been using this property for years but now is showing signs of decay. It has not been properly maintained. So sad because it was a nice budget hotel.

It is a decent hotel for the budget minded . Close to everything. Staff is very nice, except a nasty young fellow at the reception that need to be taught the "golden rule" of customer service...."it is not what you say....it is in the way of what you say it"

When we got there they had lost the keys to the apart took at least 45 min to have access to the room and it was 9:30 in the evening.

Primeiro nos mandaram pra um quarto, que era bem bom, bem cuidado, porém sem vista nenhuma pra cidade. Logo em seguida, nos pediram pra trocar de acomodaçao sem justificativa, aceitamos, aí essa nova acomodação havia um vista boa pra avenida 9 de julho, a principal, porém no quarto se notava bastantante mofo nas paredes, e uma acomodação mais antiga. O pessoal da limpeza arrumava e limpava o quarto todo dia. Localização é ótimo, fizemos tudo a pé. Belisco nem 10 min, casa rosada uns 15/20min. Teatro colón 20 min. Porto Madero 20min. Únicos lugares que fomos de uber é pro bairro de Palermo e La Boca.

Poco serio me cobraron y no me permitieron entrar
Me cobraron la estadía de 2 días, y cuando llegué al establecimiento no nos permitieron ingresar. Hasta la fecha no recibí el reembolso del pago realizado.

Sr. fue la policía el que no lo dejó ingresar, usted tenía la obligación de iniciar un período de cuarentena que no podía ser realizado en nuestro establecimiento. Su pago no se lo estamos reteniendo nosotros, se lo está reteniendo Hoteles.com y Despegar.com por razones que desconocemos. Nosotros no recibimos ningún dinero por su reserva

Satisfaite, je reviendrai dans cet appt hôtel.
Cet appt est très confortable, 32 m2 à BA cest super. Le menage et les serviettes propres tous les jours. Une reception accueillante et L'hôtel est bien placé pour accéder au centre touristique de BA. Un bémol , l'hôtel est ancien et mériterai un grand coup de rafraîchissement. les cloisons sont minces et les gens assez irrespectueux. Peut être que la crise économique n'encourage pas les investissements. Cependant j'ai choisi une chambre économique et au prix que j'ai payé les prestations ont été à la hauteur.

Spacious apartment. Central location near subway, main city sights. & convenience stores. Only gripe was they did'nt order me a taxi for airport even though I wrote down everything in Spanish the previous day.

When I commented that there weren't enough bowls/pans the management responded and brought some. The condition of the property is dated, but everything works. The staff was very nice and helpful, except for one woman (with dark hair and complexion) who wasn't as helpful and didn't make effort to find information about nearby attractions or transportation to the airport. The location is great to explore the historical center of BA.

Mi familia y yo estuvimos satisfechos.
Buena ubicación, buen tamaño ideal para familias me dieron una cama mas, o sea cinco camas en lugar de cuatro. Desayuno ok. Entiendo es un apart y por el costo buscan hacer ahorros, sin embargo sugiero tener servicios que son cero costo. Por ejemplo vender o alquilar transformadores, yo no sabia que en Bs As no podía conectar mis equipos electrónicos sin un adaptador y en recepción la ayuda fue nula. Necesitaba hacer una impresión y también me dijeron que no tenían tinta, ningún esfuerzo por ayudarme. Les sugiero tener información de actividades, plano de la ciudad, información de contacto de tours, estoy seguro muchos operadores pueden dejar información sin costo alguno.

El lugar me pareció cómodo limpio. En mi opinión le falta algo de mantenimiento ,el empapelado algo despegado y los muebles algo antiguos y despistados. Opino que con algo de mantenimiento puede mejorarse mucho. El desayuno limitado. La relación precio versus servicios es adecuado. En resumen es recomendable y puede mejorar. La atención en la recepción y en en desayunador muy buena

Vemos que a apreciado nuestro principal objetivo que es la calidez y cordialidad en el trato y atención. Sabemos que tenemos cosas para mejorar y en eso estamos, todos los pisos serán a final de este año de parquet hipoalergénico reemplazando las alfombras. Gracias por su generosa evaluación

Hotel ótimo
O hotel é ótimo. Ele funciona em um prédio empresarial, fiquei receoso de reservar por conta disso, mas não há problema nenhum, se você estiver com receio, pode reservar sem medo. Tive uma excelente estadia e tratamento. Quarto de casal bem grande, com cozinha e frigobar, cama enorme e extremamente confortável, funcionários muitos simpáticos e prestativos. Localização é boa, dá para ir a pé até o obelisco e arredores da cidade. Claro que possui pontos negativos como por exemplo o wi-fi não é dos melhores e no 2º dia de hospedagem o wi-fi do meu andar parou de funcionar, o chuveiro poderia ser de mais fácil uso e aquelas cortinas em torno do chuveiro/banheira, mais atrapalham que ajudam, o café da manhã poderia sim possuir mais opções, porem é bem servido e a equipe muito simpática. No mais, não há o que reclamar. The hotel is great.We had a great stay and treatment. Very large double room with kitchen and fridge, huge bed and extremely comfortable, many friendly and helpful staff. Location is good, you can walk to the obelisk and outskirts of the city. Of course it has negative points such as the wi-fi is not the best and in the 2 day stay the wi-fi of my floor stopped working, the shower could be easier to use and those curtains around the shower / tub , more disruptive than helping, breakfast could rather have more options, however it is well served and staff very friendly. In fact, there is nothing to complain about.

Cons: The room looks smaller than advertised. It looks outdated, mold on the bathroom ceiling. I don't know if all the rooms look like that. Pros: The view is great (Av 9 de Julio). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the top floor was great, including the staff. Wi-Fi decent speed.

The staff was very kind and breakfast was OK; but the building and forniture was outdated and worn out.

Avis correct
Très bien situé, la moquette et la peinture devraient être refaites. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant, le personnel était charmant. les personnes à l'admission n'étaient pas très chaleureuses.
