Excelente opción en Buenaventura
Excelente atención, buen desayuno, habitación con agua, café, aire acondicionado, minibar, amenidades de baño; limpieza muy buena, ubicación perfecta para ir al embarcadero y realizar los tour; únicamente hacer la observación de que la vista no es posible debido a la doble ventana que supongo es para aislase del ruido del entorno, para nosotros estuvo perfecto.

Muy buen servicio del personal de recepción, me permitieron guardar las maletas mientras llegaba la hora del check in ( lléguenos temprano), solicitamos almohadas adicionales para los niños y también nos ayudaron con eso. Muy buen servicio de desayuno. Y la ubicación del hotel es excelente recomendado 100%
