"Good location, staff very helpful, nice breakfast, specious room, love jacuzzi and pool , afternoon free drink is great"

"Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. The attendants who took our luggage were dressed in red suits and a pill box hat recalling luxury travel on the Orient Express. The lobby felt like a cozy library, the floors were covered richly colored hand woven rugs, the hall leading to the restaurant and bar had hand...

"Hotel was beautiful in a great location and staff was great"

"Loved the location and the decor. The size of the hotel was really nice and like the sensor lights in bathroom. The view was nice of the basilica. The breakfast was really good and the sandwiches. They also have all day tea and coffee. It is noisy the room we had, could hear people outside at 3am. Then the garbage trucks around 5am…. Probably an inside view room would’ve been better. And we found the beds were hard for our liking. But we would’ve liked to stay an another night."

"Unfassbar liebes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig!"

"Excellent hotel in a brilliant location to enable exploration of Budapest. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we will stay again if returning to Budapest."

"Good location and excellent services"

"Perfect. Staff lovely and friendly. Shops and restaurants very nearby. Perfect location. Room excellent. Breakfast wonderful."

"This place was incredible! We were in Prague and Vienna before this and both places were approximately the same price, for much less. This room exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, furniture was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend others stay here. Also, an extremely convenient factor to consider is that this hotel is walking distance from a metro line. We bought a 72-hour travel pass and were able...

"estaba limpio nos atendieron bien y bien ubicado"

"The room was amazing. Location was wonderful. Staff was not very helpful and breakfast was very very uneventful when I went downstairs. There was not any food because they were shortstaffed."

"We ate breakfast there every morning by choice! There is plenty of breakfast options in Budapest, but this hotel was amazing!. The food and the staff were awesome and we would definitely be back."

"Genial todo el alojamiento en el hotel, cerca de monumentos y muy limpio. Recomendable 100%"

"Great hotel, great location, good service. First of all - no limit or charges on drinking water bottles. Breakfast buffet was great. Location is the best. Easy access to taxi, public transport or walkable to most of the tourist spots. Executive lounge and the Royal Spa was awesome. It was a great experience."

"The staff was very helpful and they were very accommodating to my requests!"
