Average hotel, with prepared and friendly personnel. The bed was small, and the area offers very limited restaurants choices. However, it is very well connected with the national park.

Clean and comfortable, but it would be very nice to have seating in the dining area - with coffee - in the wee hours. My wife wakes VERY early and likes to sit and sip coffee and read - at a table. This hotel does not have that, and for breakfast, they have someone checking off the rooms. Is there really a population of locals who sneak in for breakfast? The fellow checking the room numbers off is very pleasant, but I don't understand why the hotel has that system. Ruby's seems to own the entire town - so if someone DID sneak in, are they really losing much? The experience was good enough - but we had just come from the Hampton Inn for our visit to Zion National Park and it was a much nicer place.

Breakfast was great. Room very clean. Good pillows. Nice bathroom layout (double sinks). Nice staff. Housekeeping staff very nice and efficient.

Had to visit the front desk 3 times to replace the keycards that would stop working. Staff gave us wrong information. Dryer ran for an hour and left our clothes soaking wet.

The room was fantastic. The breakfast was great--staff in the breakfast room were kind, helpful, quickly cleaning up. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Check in was a great experience. I did not get the name of the staff but he was on exchange from Brazil. He was so engaging and interesting and made the whole process a pleasant experience. He gave an amazing start to our stay.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a visit to Bryce Canyon. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, the Visitor Center, and pick up point for the shuttle that takes you into the Park.

Hotel looks newly updated. The room was great and the lobby was very beautiful. The only problem was that the hot tub was not working. The only option was to go to the sister hotel across the street.

Very clean with friendly staff and a really nice buffet breakfast. Keep in mind that the first number on your key is NOT the floor, but the building number. That was not explained to us at the desk so we had a hard time finding our room. When the shuttles are running you can walk to the pickup area. There are rodeos as well as bike and ATV rentals as well. After breakfast there is no other food available at lunch or dinner. However, across the street are various options with the Ruby Inn Buffet being the best in our opinion. Full salad bar, chicken, pork, pasta, veggies etc as well as dessert items. For $17 it is a bargain in a place where 2 6inch Subway sandwiches were $23!

The moment we arrived at the property we were engulfed in terrible sewage odor that never left in the two days. At the check in the lady didn't even greet us, nevermind welcoming us to the hotel. She seemed annoyed for some reason. Arriving at the room we were met yet again with a terrible smell, and the carpet was wet. We wondered if someone peed all over the floor. It was disgusting. Fortunately they did give us a different room on a higher floor which made for a more pleasant evening. I feel like this hotel has great potential. With some renovating and getting rid of those terrible smells, it could be a wonderful place.

Rustic looking hotel with nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Very nice entrance with high wooden ceilings in a "cabin" feel. Very comfortable, pillow like bed and nice size room. Liked the bathroom with the separated sinks from tub/toilet. Good variety for the included breakfast. A 7-minute walk to the Ruby's Inn restaurant. The Bryce Canyon parking for the shuttle is very close.

Great beds and pillows. I like that there was a door between the sink area and the shower area, that allowed two people to get ready in the morning at the same time. The buffet had a good selection. The hotel is very close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon NP, which was very helpful.

This is an average hotel. The stuff was very nice but the hotel Kinda tired and a bit soulless. There is nothing there a part of a bed. Facilities are old. The water in the shower was never hot. The heating system so loud it was wailing me up in the night. The whole area looks like it is owned by best western so I don’t think there is competition. There is nowhere to have a good coffee in the morning, no expression just the hotel very weak drip coffee.

This was probably the best lodging in the area, but still 2-3 star in my opinion. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were not operating, kind of a barren and old/dated feel. Breakfast was not good, mediocre at best. Not much to do around the area. Restaurants were so-so, food not good. It was ‘ok’ but we were just there for one night so not a big deal.
