Standard hotel, but nicely decorated and good selection of food in the self service food bar. Bar area is stylish and staff very friendly. Hotel is close to NATO (walking distance) and well located (almost) next to airport. I like the 5 EUR voucher which is donated each day towels do not need replacing or room cleaned. Good initiative for the environment!!

I had an overnight layover in Brussels and came in exhausted. The night manager helped me book a taxi for the next morning. The room was comfortable, warm and quiet.

Good for a one night’s stay before or after your flight. For a longer stay not maybe that convenient, but still a fine stay for the price. Breakfast was simple but enough, although many of things were finished. Nearby there is a restaurant at HolidayInn hotel, Thon Hotel only has snacks and a bar. 10 points for the gym! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Only problem was bad soundproofing, I woke up during the night when someone arrived to the neighboring room. I would recommend!

I stayed at Thon for the first time after staying at a number of different hotels near Brussels Airport. I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. If you are looking for an airport shuttle then this hotel doesn’t provide that (as far as I’m aware). There is public transport The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was really comfy and there was a new smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. In my experience these things are not as standard in most hotels near the airport. I would definitely stay again

Basic modern hotel, economically priced. About 10 minutes from BRU, accessible by public bus, taxi (15 eur flat rate) or train (700 meter walk). Limited food options at hotel (Holiday Inn restaurant next door is an option). If all you need is a place to sleep for a reasonable price Thon is a good option.

We stayed there on a Sunday night. There were not amenities nearby. We had to walk nearly two miles to get to the nearest restaurant that was open on a Sunday.

I enjoyed my stay overall. When was supposed to leave I had a booked breakfast included in my hotel booking, I was supposed to leave early in order to catch my coach so I asked if o could get some rolls or something to go, I was told no I had to wait 25 minutes which means I would have missed my transport. I would like a refund for my missed breakfast.

Hôtel peu insonorisé

La localisation est très bien, le personnel très professionnel et disponible, le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le seul point négatif est le bruit constant des portes des chambres qui se referment, car à cause du ralentisseur installé elles n'ont pas d'autres choix que de claquer. La chambre n'étant pas très insonorisée vis-à-vis du couloir, on entend claquer les portes dès qu'un voisin entre, de jour comme de nuit.... Pas le meilleur hôtel pour passer une nuit calme et sereine. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé de chambre en chambre et sur l'extérieur, mais les portes qui claquent sans que l'on ne puisse rien faire est très dérangeant.

The desk staff were great, they were extremely helpful. The room was overall very good and spacious, nicely decorated, but bathroom was a bit ‘tired’ (could need an update for the sink and shower). Parking was good. It was a bit hard to find the hotel though (as with many airport hotels). Breakfast was okayish.
