The staff was super nice and helpful! It's located in a nice area 20 min walking from the center and there are lots of options to eat nearby. I recommend having breakfast in the hotel because it has many options and it's pretty cheap compared to the prices in the city

Great little room with options to open two large windows or have air conditioning, nice bathroom, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was included and all day coffee or tea and some pastries, extremely close to train station and tram, there is a small grocery store open until 11pm in the train station which was convenient, really happy i stayed here

Overeall a reasonable hotel however the rooms need a full refurbishment, furniture is mismatched, plus bathroom was very dated. As room was close to the stairs there was some noise at times. Staff were helpful. Close to Metro station and walking distance to the centre of Brussels.

Overall the room is okay. I like the proximity to the metro and tram. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the shower drain needs to be checked just to make sure that water is draining properly. Also additional hooks to hang towels or clothing article.

1. You have to pay extra for parking if you bring a car. There is a parking space nearby. 2. At first the hot water didnt work in our room. It was winter time. So we complained and the staff was very responsive even it was around 9pm and the issue was fixed not long after. We gave 5 star for this support. 3. Location is great. Many shopping or dining options nearby. But if you're up to for groceries, it was kinda 10 minutes walking distance.

Great for family city breaks

Stayed here for a short family break and enjoyed ourselves very much. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, good selection for breakfast buffet, and the location was great for travelling around Brussels. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip

Ixelles is where it’s at

Front desk lady named Sara was amazing, very friendly and professional. Loved the general area where the hotel is located, not too far from city center. Toilet could use a tune up but other than that very comfortable stay.
