Room was to dirty, there is a lot of homeless wondering through the spot. I also booked a non smoking room and smelled a lot like smoke. Never again

Very Spartan accommodations- would expect to pay no more than fifty bucks for such a property but only if everywhere else was sold out and only option was to sleep in my car

I'm sorry for the issue you encountered. The first room you were assigned to was not to be rented. The front desk person is a new GSR and made that mistake of checking you in to that room. I noticed you got moved to another room. I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the second room. I apologize for that issue.I will issue you a full refund. The room smelled musty, when i opened the facets black water came out and in the shower the water didn't drain. Some outlets didnt work. And the beds creaked everytime you turned and were not very comfortable. I went for a funeral and needed a less expensive option, but I didnt think the facilty would feel as cheap too.

I'm sorry for the issues you had during your stay. Anytime you are not satisfied with your room you can always ask to be moved. I noticed on our log book you did come by the front desk and let us know about the shower not draining and that was taken care of. I'm sorry that you were not happy with your stay. It's a shame that Motel 6 has gone REALLY DOWN on quality, for being a nation-wide hotel chain. We used to always stay at Motel when we travel, but not no more. It seems like almost all the hotels are run down and smell bad. The only reason we stayed one night was because everyone else was solid booked.This wa an emergency trip, had no time to book ahead.I had to ask for a different room because the odor on the room was strong.

Not a good stay
We had a bad time with roaches in our room even after we notified the front desk after our first night and stove keep going off thru out our stay. There were dead bugs on the floor when we first entered the room. My wife tried to contact the front desk and the young lady was rude and kept hanging up on my wife saying there was a bad connection when she asked to speak with a manager.

Loved my stay that i extended it 2 more nights.
Its been great so far. I had to exrend my stay 2 more nights. I had no problems the staff here is wonderful and very helpful. The only thing is they did not have breakfast buffet. But apart from that its a very coze place.

Worst! Cockroaches all over! room has some filthy smell! The phone was disconnected and microwave was not working ! When called they said they will get back but not! On cockroaches, no response! Horrible

Front desk staff did a nice job of handling the arrival of our large group, but lack of a lobby restroom made that time uncomfortable. Breakfast was also an area for improvement compared to other hotels on this trip. Beautiful property.

The property is in need of repair. It has alot of deferred maintenance. The mattress has a hugh hole. I asked for additional pillows and was informed that they were all out. The room had roaches. We walked out and stayed at another hotel nearby. We got NO REFUND....

Checked into our room and realized it wasn’t completely ready. There were dirty towels on the bathroom counter and no clean towels. I went to the front desk and informed them. I got clean towels but no “sorry the room wasn’t ready” . Several guest let there dogs bark all night

Rooms were extremely humily. AC super noisy. Roaches everywhere in the room. No water pressure to shower. Old appliances. Trash overflowing from the exit of the building and scattered all over the grass. Cleaning lady had no shampoo or soaps etc. I question if they really clean the rooms. Horrible experience. Don't go rent a room here only if it's your last option.
