The hotel felt relaxed and the room was clean and tidy. Situated in a good location about 2km from China town also town bus service stops very close to the hotel so was easy to get around Broome.

Generally we were very happy with the venue and staff. Dinners was high quality. Only one issue -Our first breakfast was very unsatisfactory, i needed to ask for black tea as there was none, we waited 5 mins for bacon while our other food cooled, i asked for croissants as thete were none, there was limited seating as most tables were covered with dirty plates. Not sure the reason for this as it was not the case on following days, but we were tempted not to return after the first instance.

The Oaks Broome is in an excellent position: opposite Town Beach (Thursday night market) and the Museum, near the bus stop, not too far to Matso's Brewery. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the large swimming pool. The restaurant has good food and you can take it to your room. There is a laundry available.

Very nice stay however the bed was two singles pushed together so my partner and i kept falling through… and there was a small blood stain and few other interesting looking stains on the sheets… Overall very beautiful, loved the pool.
