"Did not use the AC. Used the fan. We had a difficult time finding the Stay Inn Hotel. Better direction would help. Do accessible bathroom. My husband had a walker, and could not get into the bathroom. Other than that we would stay again. "

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"Our stay was truly spectacular for the price. Where else can you get practically a 2 bedroom apartment to stay in Hamilton for so cheap? Beds were quite comfortable, the rooms were very clean, the AC was ice cold (perfect), my only complaint was there was only 1 mirror which was located in the bathroom, only reason that was an issue was due to 3 girls trying to get ready for a night out, but other than that it was great! Would definitely stay again!!"

"It’s a residence place in Sheridan Davis campus, it’s not a hotel, but has all the amenities you need and everything is close by with food, transportation, etc….
The room that I was booked in was great-somewhat spacious, bathroom is clean and pretty spacious actually. Overall all great for solo/small group travellers"

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sandman this weekend.
The hotel was quiet and within a short walking distance to the Cineplex, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade to the premium suite since it was our first time there. We also got late checkout at no extra cost.
The Chop Steakhouse inside the hotel was also a nice experience. The staff brought us a free app for being first time diners at that location and the food was great!
