Good location - just needs a spruce up.

Location was excellent - just a short (uphill) walk from Central Station so the train from the airport was a great option. The hotel is a little tired and could do with a detailed refurb but was fit for purpose and comfortable. The rooms were quite and the little kitchenette was good.

We had a good stay on 12th floor. Private, Bed comfortable, great shower, everything worked though a little tired looking. Appreciated the quiet balcony and quick lift access. Staff were friendly though a call for TV remote went unheeded. Was as expected with a discounted rate compared to other hotels on that weekend

The property is in a great location. So close to central station so easy access to the airport and walking distance to everything I wanted in the city. The room was the biggest I’ve been in that I can remember and the balcony was a brilliant surprise. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the room didn’t feel clean and a lot of the furniture was chipped and damaged

Great location However the room could have been given a bit of TLC when it came to cleaning. I stayed in a studio room and there were crumbs all over the couch obviously from previous Tennant’s and dust on desk n side tables.
