Loved this place close to beach

Loved this place Everything you need for a visit to Brighton Good shower, fridge, microwave, fan, and some really nice complimentary goodies And a coffee maker.

Location is perfect,within walking distance of the pier. We stayed in the ground floor and it was quite small and crammed and very warm. Thankfully there was a fan in there. The extra bits for breakfast etc was nice. Was ok for one night stay and a good price for central Brighton but wouldn’t stay for longer than one night

Stayed in room 3b which is aimed for 3 people with a double bed and a sofa bed however the sofa bed came with absolutely no bedding at all which was ridiculous

Great stay at eight apartments. Amazing space, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff were really friendly and helpful. Cereals, breakfast bars, milk, tea, coffee and orange juice all left for us, which was lovely. Also a coffee machine and pods. We called for entry and our call was answered quickly and efficiently. Kemptown offers bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. The seafront is a very short walk away and central Brighton 10 min stroll. We will definitely be back

Cleaning lack of

I’ve stayed here before but in a smaller room this time had a patio it’s a nice place but needs a good clean and revamp of furniture Wire everywhere the host mark is very helpfull and always willing to help It just needs a good cleaner the floors were dirty I found this the same problem last year

Never been to such a dirty property in all my life. I had flown in from the USA for a funeral and arrived late only to find out how disgusting everything was. I was in absolute shock and had to book other accommodation straight away. Shame on you for selling accommodation as such. To anyone planning to go here - DON’T!

Bad, bad, bad~!!

I booked a room with private bathroom for 2 nights and was offered a room with shared bathroom. I phoned to the hotel and got an answer that they cannot change the room as all rooms are booked. The room was too small and the bed sheets in it had some blood spots.

Good location, but facilities slightly lacking.

Arrived just after 7pm. No one available to let us in. Contacted out of hours number, although polite, said would call us back. Waited on street side with cases, kids and dog. Thankfully another guest saw us and opened the door after 15 mins. Envelope left with key to get into apartment. Was told there would be one double bed, one single bed, one sofa bed. No single bed!!

The self check in was not clear, as the Email with the details came late. We tried several times to contactt the host but only answer phone. It took over 1hour to get in and ended up puchasing parking ticket from near by hotel as no ticket provided by host but was expected.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very dark and small, paint flaking from the ceiling and the bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. The daily breakfast was only provided once on arrival and no room service provision, an email was received on the second day in the evening with info about leaving a card out to receive this, which was too late for our stay. There was no pre arrival information and despite trying to call The number on the website there was no answer. Parking permits can be purchased at £15 per day which I think is slightly more than what is mentioned on the apartment website. The location is perfect for the beach and pier, a short walk into Brighton where there is so much to do. We would definitely visit Brighton again but not stay here.

Check in was ok, keys & parking permits were in reception. Had few minor issues with room itself. Was able to use Netflix etc on TV provided but could not get decent signal for normal channels. There was an issue with shower, cold water tap was seized so shower was scolding hot so couldn't use. Didn't report at time as used sink for washing. Location was very noisy with both guests and people congregating outside property at all times night/morning. Earplugs were on offer by management. Requested room to be serviced on second day but was not so went without cereals next day.

予約したときに表示されていた写真と実物に大きな乖離があり、到着後に驚きました。おそらく写真は施設の中でも一番いい(高価な)部屋のものを表示していたと思われます。私たちが宿泊した部屋は、ほぼベッドで埋まっており、トイレ・シャワーは隣の小さな部屋に鍵を開けて入る方式でした。荷物を置くスペースはわずかで、人間はあまり自由に動けません。ただベッドはとても広く、寝心地は抜群でした。ダブルベッドですが、隣の揺れがまったく響きません。アパートメントホテルでフロントは無く、暗証番号を押して建物に入るとそこに鍵が置いてあります。チェックアウト時も同じ場所に設置されたボックスに投げ入れる、というものです。それでも施設の方から「何かあったら言ってください」というメールが細やかに入るなど、感じはとてもいいです。

Hotel not so gr8at

It was clean enough, wine glasses were dirty and dusty behind tv. Did not start lifting sheets. room was very small with a strange smell. Also thought there was an ensuite but had to share a small communal wc/shower room with 3 other hotel rooms.

Location good

Location was good surrounded by shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 3 minutes walk to the sea. Clean apartment good spaces, powerful shower, continental breakfast tea coffee and biscuit, I like that there was carton of milk in the fridge for my child. My only complaint was the noise made by the other customers in the night. I have stayed only one day, if it was more days, I think it would have been annoying, knowing you can't do much with teenagers!!
