"Everything was perfect."

"The unit has amenities as listed. Parking, AC, large frig, washing machine - but dryer is in garage. The unit i stayed in and the furnishings in the unit look very tired and worn. Couch has tears, curtains are old and hang crookedly, two internal doors look like they have punch holes in them. There are very few utensils and plates."

"Hi there we had an issue with the airconditioning in our room, which kept seemingly being fixed only to stop working again....hot and stuffy nights!!"

"Everything great excellent location close to everything."

"There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic"

"Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. "Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking and good access to transport into Melbourne."

"This was such an awesome place with excellent facilities! Didn't need to leave really"

Told the front desk they couldnt do anything about it and said they would send up earplugs (we got cotton balls and q tips) not very helpful. So our relaxing night away was kinda ruined. If we were informed that this was happening when we check in I would have canceled the room and went somewhere...

"We arrived close to midnight from Europe, the instructions to get in were easy to follow and it took us minutes to access the apartment which was very roomy and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, thoroughly recommend."

"Perfect stay. Rooms quiet, dark and comfortable with some nice classy touches. Cafe/restaurant also very cosy."

"The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...

"The hotel and the area in general appears to be going through a bit of a reconstruction phase."
