Relaxing night in Bremerhaven

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. There was ample parking in a gated lot. Our room had a view of the boat slips and the area was quiet. Upon checking in, the staff also provided some recommendations for dinner that were within walking distance. I would recommend the place.

A fabulous apartment hotel in a great location.

This is a fabulous mini apartment hotel with free parking in the centre of Bremerhaven close to all the best tourist attractions which are easily within walking distance. The rooms offer basic but welcome self-catering facilities, which are a joy after days of hotel and restaurant food. The view of the harbour was fantastic and lovely to see the boating community come and go. I can't honestly rate this apartment hotel high enough and wish they had more throughout Europe.

This was a really nice place to stay and I loved all of the amenities of the room, including the kitchen and large living room area with generous bathroom. The only unfortunate news I have to share about this place is the mattress, which was in dire need of replacement. Lumpy, and much too soft to offer any support. I had to cut my stay short by one day. I was not offered a refund but the staff did make an effort to try and improve the comfort of the mattress in the event I wanted to try using a mattress topper. Unfortunately, that would not have helped the issue. I recommend replacing the mattresses and you've got yourself a heck of a property right on the harbor.

Sort out check in

Check in is terrible. I arrived at 23:30 and the Car park was shut. I went to the board house check in and it was closed, with a sign saying open 8am-21:00. I didn’t know until the next day the hotel is over the bridge and my key for my room was in a lock box all night. I got sent an email in German so didn’t know that I could have got my key. I spent the first night sleeping in the hire car on the street. No information about late checking was on Hotels.com either so very disappointed. I checked in the day after sleeping in my car and had to do a full days work.

Die Appartements sinnschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider hat man uns ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss gegeben, dh jeder Passant konnte uns ins Bett gucken.

Sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für PKW. Gut geeignet für Aufenthalte von 1 - 2 Tagen. Keine Halbpension. Abends Essengehen: Empfehlung auf dem in der Nähe festgemachten Salondampfer. Blick vom Zimmer auf den Hafen und dem Segelschulschiff "Deutschland". Alles zusammen gut und angemessener Preis.

Het concept was een studio/appartement met uitzicht op de binnenhaven. Schoon, compleet op een A1 locatie met gratis parkeren. Ontbijt was mogelijk (box aan deur geleverd) voor een schappelijke prijs. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal, aber mit Ein

Bewertung: Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Apartmenthotel übernachtet und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – zentral und gut erreichbar. Auch der Service und das freundliche Verhalten des Personals haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings gab es während meines Aufenthalts einige Punkte, die meinen Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt haben. Zum einen fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, und direkt vor meinem Apartment im Erdgeschoss wurde ein Baugerüst aufgestellt. Das hat den Zugang zur Unterkunft erschwert und war etwas umständlich. Außerdem wohnte im Nachbarapartment ein Paar mit einem Hund, der häufig bellte. Das war auf Dauer recht störend und hat die Ruhe beeinträchtigt. Ein weiterer Punkt, der mich gestört hat, war der Raucherbereich, der sich direkt am Eingang der einzelnen Apartments befindet. Da meine Küche direkt daneben lag, war es kaum möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen, ohne dass Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer zog. Als Nichtraucher in einem Nichtraucherzimmer fand ich das sehr unangenehm. Ich würde empfehlen, die Raucher- und Nichtraucherbereiche räumlich besser zu trennen, um den Komfort für Nichtraucher zu erhöhen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber mit ein paar Verbesserungen könnte es ein wirklich angenehmer Ort zum Übernachten sein.
