"Viviane et Fabien nous ont réservé un excellent accueil dans leur maison d'hôte, au calme, durant les trois jours passés à visiter le Sidobre, les Monts de Lacaune et les nombreux lacs. La chambre était très confortable, le petit déjeuner généreux et le repas partagé du vendredi soir remarquable. A réserver sans hésitation."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Séjour très désagréable. La chambre ressemblait à un véritable igloo tellement il faisait froid. Impossible de retrouver une température normale, malgré plusieurs tentatives. Même le shampooing était glacé, c’est dire… Le lit était froid également, rendant la nuit extrêmement compliquée et inconfortable. Une expérience vraiment décevante."

"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! "My two friends and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owners and their sons were kind and personable. Our room was a generous size and the bed and bath linen were high quality.
