"The hotel is under construction and the workers have zero consideration for the guests! Hammering started at 8am Sunday morning in the room directly below mine. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk it was as if they didn’t care because they already had my money! Don’t ever stay here."

"Very noisy for 2 nights staying there. Had to call the front desk > 5 times to ask for them to speak to other guests staying on same floor. Partying happening, kids running in hallways and banging on doors till 2 am. I got very little sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there and the front desks excuse was it was kids hockey families staying in hotel. I don’t care who it is making the noise - kick them out then "

I was bitten multiple times, especially on my neck and arms, and even noticed a bug near the pillow. Due to this serious hygiene issue, I had to leave the hotel immediately in the middle of the night and find another place to stay. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and inconvenience.
