I was happy with the cleanliness of the room. The only problem with the room itself was the lack of air conditioning. That could have been mitigated if the windows had screens. The bugs that came in were large and biting. I had killed a spider that I felt crawling on me. I had some trouble checking in. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property. I had tried through Expedia to do so without a response.

Pension zur Uebernachtung

Ich bin allein angereist. Erkundigte mich im Vorfeld, wann und wo ich den Schlüssel erhalte und zur Uhrzeit. Auf AB gesprochen und Rückruf erhalten. Die Straße bietet viele Parkplätze ohne Gebühr. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen, erhielt den Schlüssel und wurde zum Zimmer nach oben begleitet. Es war eine einfache Einrichtung mit einem Tisch, 2 Stühle, 2 getrennte Betten, das Bad mit Dusche, nicht gerade groß, doch ausreichend. Außerdem waren ein Wasserkocher, sowie 2 Gläser und 2 Tassen auf dem Tisch. Auch viele Steckdosen und TV sind vorhanden. Da ich las, dass eine kleine.Kueche vorhanden ist, fragte ich freundlich nach einem Teller sowie Besteck, welches ich sofort erhielt. Auch ein Angebot, dass ich eine Kochplatte mit hoch nehmen könnte. Also alles im allen - klein, aber ausreichend . Vielleicht für 2 Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Noch zu erwähnen, z.B. für Raucher, es ist eine Terrasse mit Tische und Stühle vorhanden.

Positiv: - Betten bequem und sauber - frische Handtücher - nah an einem wunderschönen See - gute Parkmöglichkeiten Negativ: - die Dusche ist schmutzig, schimmelig - Duschtür passt und schließt nicht - Klopapierhalter fällt fast von der Wand - Bodenfliesen im Bad kaputt - Vinylboden im Zimmer löst sich teilweise - Wände schmutzig - Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher verschmutzt - Besteck schmutzig - keine Fenster nach draußen (Oberlichter geben Licht) - es riecht furchtbar

Frau Borchert hat uns empangen (Ceck in) Sehr angenehm, ruhig und freundlich ( im Gegenteil zur Voranmeldung, die nicht besonders gut geklappt hat). Habe telefonisch erst 14 Uhr am Anreisetag jemanden erreicht. Das heißt wenn man schon unterwegs ist, hängt man ein bisschen in der Luft. Aber Unterkunft und der Service vor Ort ist super und gibt noch jede Menge Empfehlungen z.B. Essen gehen, Sehenswürdigkeiten....extra - vielen Dank

Türschloss der Hauseingangstür schließt sehr schwer. Mussten Hausbewohner aus dem Bett klingeln, dass uns die Tür geöffnet wurde. War uns nicht sehr angenehm.

NIE POLECAM !!! MASAKRA !!!

Zostaliśmy wyproszeni z hotelu. Była godzina 21.00. Zdążyliśmy się rozpakować i wykąpać. Podobno za dużo rezerwacji było. Oddali nam pieniądze, podali adres gdzie może będą wolne miejsca. Masakra !!!!! Nie polecam !!!!!
