"On checking in the room was very tired and dated. The balcony was unusable with no furniture and very small. Our room allocated was opposite the noisy lift. Even though we were staying at the hotel there is an unexpected $18 per day parking charge. It was the worst DoubleTree hotel I've ever seen. ..."

"Our room was terrible dated, it smelled, there were stains in the bathtub, terrible sink faucet, there was water damage in the hallway, electrical chords draped across the floor, and fans running. The parking valet was rude, spun out in the car in front of us, and squealed tires throughout the garage. ..."
