"The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...

"There literally wasn’t anything I didn’t like. For the cost I think the value was truly extraordinary. I will be going back. It was a little far from where I had to be but I will gladly drive that extra distance so I can stay in this level of quality and value. A great stay!"

"Hotel was okay. However I only booked this hotel as all the info on Expedia said that there was a pool and gym. There was indeed a pool and gym but you had to pay to use it. This was not clear in fact I feel like it was disingenuous. When I paid for my room it was made clear that you had to pay extra for breakfast and parking so they needed to add pool and gym usage to that.
In the end it was sorted out but the false advertising aspect will stay with me as its not necessary"

"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. "We (family of 4 with two young daughters) loved our stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. It is a lovely new hotel with very modern rooms and facilities; lots of timber, earthy tones and beautiful feature plants. The immaculate indoor pool, sauna and steam room were very much appreciated on the cooler rainy days. The reception and concierge staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not fault our stay at Hotel 1 and will stay there again when we next visit Melbourne."
