"On the edge of town but close enough that it's a nice walk in for dinner. Quiet accommodation, clean rooms, check-in was simple. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with plenty of light and a window that opened. Great shower and big bath towels. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. We loved the grapevines wending their way along the verandah and the outdoor rooms. There are plenty of wonderful walks close by and it's a delightful and easy stroll into town along the Rotary path."

"Gorgeous property and gardens. My room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and truly enjoyable. It was also well within walking distance of the quaint town with lots to do."

"Check-in was abrupt and unfeeling, the room was dated in decor but reasonably clean, had a big tv plus microwave & toaster & kettle but no trimmings. On the negative side it was HOT (big window on the western side) and BRIGHT ALL NIGHT because the curtains didn't cover the window and the A/C was noisy so we didn't run it all night long. In summary: competitive price, reasonably clean but dated. Maybe we should have known - it was room 13!"

"Everything superb, however, our room was facing the main road - very, very heavy traffic, noisy, difficult to sleep, we were not able to have the window open to let some fresh air. Other than that, 5 *, thank you."
